About The CHROMATICA Collective 

The CHROMATICA creative collective was birthed from the annual ACOBE (A Celebration of Black Excellence) Festival Mass Choir experience in Greensboro, North Carolina. 

Now, CHROMATICA takes several forms, including small vocal ensembles, mass choirs, instrumental ensembles with the intention or creating community access to musical community, interaction and performance. We create community when we are called to create! 

Embracing Unity through Music

As a collective, we explore new places, travel together, and immerse ourselves in diverse experiences, igniting personal growth and enlightenment. Through our shared passions, we create a symphony of community, where every member plays a significant part in shaping a brighter and more interconnected world.

CHROMATICA Collective is going under the Concert Only Package

COST

• • $1099/person for the performer (payment plans available) 

    1. • Payment Plan: We understand the financial considerations, and to make this experience accessible to all, we offer a convenient payment plan for the concert only option, with payment deadlines on Oct. 1 ($300), Dec. 1 ($350), and Apr. 15 (Remaining Balance).

       • We will be fundraising as a community for those who need finacial assistance to offset a portion of the cost 

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

• Exclusive 2-hour post-concert harbor dinner cruise with Spirit Cruises.

• Performance package at Carnegie Hall.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?

• Transportation to and from NYC.

• Meals (except post-concert dinner cruise)

• Lodging 

• While lodging and travel expenses are not included in the package, we understand the importance of flexibility in making the best choices for each participant. Rest assured, we will provide you with affordable lodging and travel recommendations to help ease your planning process. Our goal is to ensure that everyone can be part of this once-in-a-lifetime experience without financial burdens.

WHO CAN SIGN UP?

• Calling all singers from middle and high school, collegiate, and community singers in the NC Triad and beyond. 

• Ages 12+

• CHROMATICA welcomes all voices and music learning styles 

WHAT RESOURCES AND SUPPORT WILL BE PROVIDED FOR LEARNING THE MUSIC?

• We want to emphasize that this experience is designed to be inclusive and accessible to all kinds of learners. Teachers and directors are not responsible for teaching the music individually, as CHROMATICA will provide accessible digital learning materials and resources such as practice tracks, virtual and in-person zone rehearsals. We are not a regular meeting ensemble so our aim is to ensure that every participant can fully immerse themselves in the music and the journey to Carnegie Hall.
